Secretary
Emily Zoglmann was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. After graduating from Daviess County High School in 2012 she attended one year at the Owensboro Community and Technical College. She then continued her education at Western Kentucky University graduating in December of 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Meeting and Convention Planning.
Emily started with Owensboro Metropolitan Planning Commission in July 2022 as a secretary. Her primary duties include answering phone lines, directing calls, greeting customers, filling documents, assisting the public and various other tasks as needed.
